Finally down to the last pound to go to goal! Well first goal was 220 (which the doc said would be the average loss), then it was revised to 199, 185, and finally 175. Hoping to get a few lower for leeway but psyched to get where I am today! Definitely have toning to work on. Hopefully the continued gym workouts will help with that.
