When my wife was having problems tolerating ground beef, our surgeon suggested that many patients tolerate filet better - the best "prescription" that she has ever gotten from an MD! (and one that we still fill regularly.)

1st support group/seminar - 8/03 (has it been that long?)

Isn't it sad that those of us stuck on a 'bariatric diet' have to resort to eating luscious, pink, tender, melt in your mouth, steak??!!
