Well, to honest I havent been complainant with taking my supplements over the years but this past week when the feet and hands stuff started, I started back taking my supplements. When I take my supplements they resolve the pain pretty much to about 90 to 100 precent. I am taking:B-12 2500mcg everyday, magnesium 250 mg, D3 400 IU, iron 65 mg, and vita fusion complete multivitamins; all supplements everyday. taking gabapentin at night to able to sleep through the discomfort.

I had very same complaints. Now on 50K Vit D and doing B12 shots I give myself. I was lax on vitamins ...oh and 1 multivitamin and 2 iron pills. Sad I had to wait for symptoms to realize vitamins for life! I feel good now and labs are good. Good luck .

B-12, and B-1 thiamine immediately jump to mind as I had problems with both. Even though both were 'normal' for me it wasn't enough. My B-12 was at about 500, a 'good' number, but I am better at 1000+, and my B-1 was at 20, the bottom number for normal....
