so I'm 11 years post-op and have a 20-25 poind gain. I asked for advice on here, and got lots of good suggestions! So far this week I have started seriously logging my food (first time ever), diligently weighing it. I have cut out almost all carbs. I did yoga for the first time in donkey's years yesterday, and today I measured out and drank 64 oz of water. I sure hope the scale starts to reflect these changes. My goal is to take off seven poinds by Thanksgiving.

You have had 4 good wins. Keep sticking to those wins. Sometimes the scale is a cruel master and we have to wait a bit to be rewarded for our hard work.

You may want to take your measurements and check those every months. You may be thinking "Oh I only lost 5 lbs this month!" but then lost an inch off your hips!
