I don't know if you've heard of Tabata Workouts. They are worth checking out especially if you are pressed for time.

They are high intensity interval training - 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. You repeat one exercise several times before you move onto the next. The total duration of the routine is about 8 - 15 minutes

You can also use them within a larger workout. My trainer would give me a Tabata section to do.

2 free apps I downloaded are ACTIVEx and 8fit. Both are good.

Activex has a webpage as well you can get Workouts off of.

I am in a substantial metal brace for 6 weeks due to rotator cuff surgery.... This was perfect I picked one with 4 lower body exercises for 9 minutes. I have been one with the couch and needed something to do....

Praying for a speedy recovery for you as I know how frustrating it is to be inactive to recuperate. I remember that stircrazy feeling quite well when I had my 3 foot surgeries.
