Walmart Premier Protein
I?m so happy! For the longest time my Walmart didn?t carry premier protein! (I?m in Ottawa, Canada). Pointless post, but I?m excited. Now I don?t have to order it or get a Costco membership :P
EDIT: Im in Canada, so that price is in CAD. I also do not have a Sams in Canada
Where do you guys buy your premier protein? What?s your favourite flavour?

Sorry, I buy Syntrax Nectar protein powder. They are cheaper and have alot more flavors. My favorites are the Cappuccino, Fuzzy Navel, Roadside Lemonade and Lemon Tea.

I got the sample pack from Syntrax you can find them on FB and they ship to Canada - I am on Optifast right now so I m really looking forward to trying them post-op!

Opti Wt Nov 4/17 226 lbs BMI 45 Sx Wt 212 lbs RNY surgery Nov 23/17 M1 -18 M2-9 M3-10 M4-8 M5-6 M6-7 M7-6 M8-3 M9-1(so far) Down to within one pound of my goal and 99 lbs down from my highest weight. I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!
current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!
I pick mine up at Sam's. Unfortunately, I could never warm to any flavor but Chocolate, so it gets boring. :)

I like the Caramel and the vanilla... I haven't bought any in a long time, but might be worth a COSTCO membership, because that looks expensive for only 4 of them!
At SAMS I can get a case of 12 for something like 17.00.

when you order online from Costco you do not have to be a member, but, I know it is way cheaper in the warehouse and they have frequent sales on the PP.
