I have 3 and 1 came from Walmart, 1 from Amazon and 1 from Sams Club. They were a god send when I was working. Pre-surgery, I would add my protein powder in the morning and then at work add ice water from the water cooler and a packet of no cal fruit drink (think generic Crystal Light). If you shake and let it sit for 10 minutes and shake again, all the remaining powder mixes just fine. (I used Isopure unflavored).

I have seven and it makes me have no excuses for stuff. If there's a Sam's Club or Costco in Canada near you, they often have a deal where you can get 2-3 for $10 USD. Also check the Blender Bottle website - they had some black friday sales and may still.

I use these for everything, whether it's protein shakes or to make cold brew iced tea. They are really awesome.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

My DH has several of them and uses one daily even years after surgery. They are useful. Diane S

I have one I have been using on the Opti fast shakes for the last 4 weeks. I like it a lot. My only complaint is... At the top the water does not always reach around the lip and pop up part. So you have a little power around the opening. Other then that it is great. I do not even use the steel ball in it.

I used a Blender Bottle for my Optifast stage. I picked mine up at Bed Bath & Beyond using a 20% off coupon. 20% off a small amount isn't much, but the bottle was all I needed. Every bit helps.

There are other shaker bottles that work the same - you don't necessarily need the name brand. I know Popeye's supplements carries some bottles. I have also seen some at Winners.

Supplement Source has a bottle on sale for $3.97 right now. https://www.supplementsource.ca/Shaker_Bottle_p/shaker-bottl e-pursuit.htm

I LOVE my blender bottle, so much that I don't use my nutribullet much any more. I bought the smaller ones and found them on amazon for like $5-6 (US). I take one with me always when I travel.

walmart is cheaper. i have two- a 20 oz one and a 16 oz one. I do use them pretty regularly. i usually mix up some almond milk and my protein powder and take with me to add to by coffee throughout the day.

Blender bottles work great. Some protein powders stain them a little. (the one my son uses). Easy to wa****ried using a regular blender but the protein powder in the mix made the drink so foamy that it gave me too much gas when I drank it after surgery.

This is an off brand on sale for $5.49 US

It's generic, but I have a similar one from GNC and I think it works pretty well!
