Feeling sick, and my go to is soup. I've been losing a few pounds I gained this week and am proud and dont want to undo it
Looking for some of yalls favorite soup recipes
I am thinking of maybe Soupa de Ajo? But with no bread. https://youtu.be/fixHiTWKRWA
I made this, this week and it's delicious:
I added 1/4 tsp cayenne and drizzled with heavy cream while I was pureeing (probably 1/4 cup or less over all). It's not super high protein, but I've been eating 2/3 cup before my protein portion. For being in maintenance it's good I think.

Sorry you are not feeling well....
I did a search and here are some recipes. Egg drop sounds good! Also check on the recipe forum and there is an IP (instant pot) group here that has some great recipes.
You can check out eggface's soup recipes also

We make this stuff with a bunch of ham chunked up and thrown in. We are working our way through a big ole pot of it right now. Lots of fiber, lots of protein, and all the carbs are from the beans.
Total weight lost 233 lbs. Current weight 248 lbs.
I made this for my cold last week. Delish...
