I like Randall & his family too. I especially liked the cat episode where he tried to find the mystery lady in his fathers life. Only to find out the poems were about the woman on the billboard, the one & only Billie Holiday.

I loved that episode. When Randall was talking to one of the crazy old tenant ladies, asking if she and his father were romantically involved. "Wasn't he a fancy man?" "No. Bi." "OK, bye!"

Where do Kate and Toby get their money from?????

She had that one singing job she walked out on ...

Maybe auditions for marginal singing and comedy acts pay a LOT better than I imagined.

Also, I liked it when Kate went to confront the guy who was auditioning singers, and told him the only reason she didn't get the job was because of her weight.

He had a backup singer do a bit of a song, and she realized that, no, it's because she just wasn't good enough.

It just reminded me of all those who blame everything on weight issues. Sometimes it is, and often it isn't.

Wasn't she Kevin's manager for a while? Maybe she invested that money wisely?

Not sure what Toby does.

No excuse but I think she treats him like dirt too but a lot of us do that in relationships because we think we can. That gets old quick....

She did finally let him know how much he means to her, we shall see how long the lasts....

Kate's eating issues were apparent long before her father's death IMO.
