im well planned for this flight so won't need this, but I think this is an interesting new airport offering. Would be better if it was turkey breast vs salami...but probably still better than many airport choices?

This looks great. Definitely some turkey breast would make this even better, salami is so fattie and I hate the greasy taste it leaves in my mouth. Gives me an idea to make something similar at home, so simple! What a great find.

I wonder if grocery stores carry something like that.

I really like the prosciutto wrapped around a cheese stick...I pack those when I go to conferences and workshops. Everyone else can eat the yuck conference food...I'd rather have my cheese and prosciutto stick.
