I watch these episodes to remind me there by the grace of God go I. And as we have posted some of the patients are clueless and or don't get it. Well, I was so inspired by Diana's journey. Now that is what weight loss surgery is all about, getting your life back and no excuses She looks amazing and has done a great job.

If you have no****ched this episode I highly recommend you do. Way to go Diana

I haven'****ched this series before, but since your comment I did. It made me get on my treadmill. I want to be a Diana, not an Ashley. I am in control of my life and I'm not going to blame stress, or say I'm working hard, or following the program when I'm not. I was very surprised that they didn't say anything about logging food, or maybe they skip it for TV. This is motivating to see someone succeed, and also disappointing to see someone being unsuccessful. Also a wake-up call to make sure we do everything we can to succeed.

Hi Julia,

That is exactly why I watch it. To remind myself even 14 years out it only takes a short while of carb loading for me to see the scales go up and up....

Congratulations on your journey
