i was given the green light for regular coffee but i've Found it's a bit to soon. And...I was drinking to much. We have cold brewed coffee in the summer for the most part.

So i'm Using decaf coffee pods until I am more comfy with regular coffee...if that happens. I found some by crazy cups that I really like. I like flavored decaf since my creamer is unflavored and sugar free. They have iced oatmeal cookie, Italian chocolate cheesecake and many more.

just thought i'd share Incase others want to try. I just make a full 2 cups and it is my coffee through out the day iced.(it's been around 105 the past 3-4 days).

When I first got the go ahead for coffee, I had to do the cafe au lait (4 oz coffee, 4 oz fairlife skim). Now, thankfully, I?m back at full caffeine strength with just a little premiere added in!

i might have to try that Italian cheesecake decaf option though, sounds delish.

I've found caffeine kind of makes me feel super hyper then crash. My doctor told me it would pass eventually!

I was able to start with caffeine coffee fairly soon after surgery, and drink 2-4 large cups in the morning. I drink decaf by the gallon, hot with half and half in cold weather, iced with half and half and liquid stevia in hot weather. I will have to investigate the flavored stuff thanks for posting about it.

When you do start drinking fully-leaded coffee again, be careful. I ran into a problem with the caffeine causing gastritis and it took me way too long to figure out what was causing the stomach pain which could have led to an ulcer. I suspect I've always been sensitive to caffeine, but I didn't figure it out until after surgery and I was super aware of issues with my stomach.

Take it easy and pay attention to any changes in how you feel.

I love coffee! And especially flavoured coffee! YUM!

I was very caffeine sensitive pre surgery and still am post surgery so I only drink decaf. I drink a ton of decaf all day long. Approx 12-14 cups of decaf a day and I use vanilla premier protein as my "creamer" it makes it sweet and creamy. I will often buy the vanilla hazelnut decaf coffee pods and put the vanilla PP in it and its delicious!

You might be like me and still be sensitive to caffeine and it might not go away, at least we can still have our decaf!!

The flavours you mentioned all sound yummy! Enjoy!

Haha! So true. When I get coffee and they ask me if I want regular or decaf I'm just like "Is that a real choice?"

I'm working hard to increase my fluid intake but I do stop drinking leaded coffee after noon....so I ordered the chocolate cheesecake you mentioned and the vanilla hazelnut Daisy mentioned. Thanks for the tip!
