    Topic: RE: Goal weight????
Yeah I am the same height and 176 pounds and I really like where I am right now so that is why I was wondering what everyone else did. 160 put me at a normal BMI but Im a size 10 right now and never wanted to be super skinny or anything just healthy.

How did you decide on your goal weight? Did your surgeon set it? I am just wondering because my surgeon has never said any kind of a goal I just thought before surgery I wanted to be 160 and I made that my goal weight, but now Im kinda wondering if I still like that number....So how did you decide?

Ok I have been back on liquids for about a week now and I can start having purees again so I ate potato soup. Really good BUT I have had really bad gas and stomach cramps since then. So I was wondering if carbs do that to people?

    Topic: RE: upset
I will be 7 weeks on Wdnesday I have been experiencing the same exact thing! I posted somthing yesterday about it. I was wondering how many calories are you eating. My Nut said I should up my calories to 800 a day I did that by adding another protien shake. But still the scales haven't moved. I am taking the advise from everyone on the other board. I am keep doing what I am doing and not weighing myself everyday only once a week, and stop stressing about it because stress can make you keep fat. Oh also I have been exercising about 3-5 days a week burning 3-500 calories. Try and stay positive and don't stress about it. The weight will come off!!!

Topic: RE: Anyone taking Metformin post op? Any PCOSisters out there?
I was taking Metformin for PCOs before and after the surgery. About a week ago I went to my pcp and got blood work done because I kept feeling shaky. Dr took me off of it because my blood sugar was too low. I have also lost 28 lbs in 5.5 weeks. Not as much as I thought I would but Dr said it was because I lost a lot before and reallt quick after surgery and my body is trying to adjust.
