I went to the Doctor today becuase I have been strugglin with eating lately, crashing as soon as I eat, dizzy and just feel horrible when I am hungry and right after eating,
He told me to follow a "DIET" but what kind and how do I know,
Any help will be greatly appreciated,
what could it be? its been 3 days already, I didn't have cramps before until this morning and urgency to go to the bathroom but nothing comes out, its just the pain
I am hungry but it hurts to eat, and the nausea is just getting worse.
any clues? I think I need to see the doctor but I wanted to know if anyone has felt this way and if you got diagnosed,
I don't know how my Iron is I am making time this week to get full blood work and hopefully and I can get my results soon because I don't know what to do.
I am taking Vitamin D and I believe is 1000 x2 daily.
The last lab work was done in May I think and the Doctor said I was a bit low on B12 but nothing to worry about,
I take a multi vit by twinlab its called bariatric support 2 x a days
Thanks so much for your reply, at first when I felt I failed this surgery I did thought about revision but as my body starting giving up on me, I STOP thinking about my weight issue and started working on me feeling better and trying to help my other issues. When I get better if I do I will venture onto other things, right now I am so on the bottom that I have considered just sleeping forever and resting....I can't live in this state of panic,
I have just gotten my insurance due to my new job so I am planning on going to the doctor this week and have them give me all those test, hopefully there is something they can do.
I know that vitamins deficiency can mess you up big time but I have try to be on them but I can't take this anymore I am EXTREMELY TIRED, DEPRESSED, BODY AND EXTREMITIES HURT, Completely out of it, I am losing my husband due to my no energy mood, I have no energy for activities with my kids, and they are now very resentful.
I have struggle with depression for a long time even before surgery, I have been taking Zoloft 100 1 to 2 a day but that is not helping.
I have dumping syndrome pretty much permanently which the ER doctor diagnose me with, I lost weight with the surgery and then after the first year I struggle because I gained a lot of it back, which used to bother me so much, but then I stop worrying about my weight and now I am worried about my mental health. I can't figure out what this could be anymore
The Dr. said I was low on Vitamin D, which I started taking on top of my multi.
