It is amazing how strong our minds are. I am almost year
and half out and get startled by my reflection in windows
and mirrors. lol But we need to get to know the new person. Tell yourself good morning everyday. Say good by to
that old image that wants to hang around and haunt us.

Sounds like he has told lies to the Principle about you. If the principle is trying to protect him against you then there must be a misunderstanding somewhere. She needs to understand that this young man lies to get his way. And he may be using her to get what he wants.
I would be furious about her taking him to McDonald's. If you are his guardian and you where not notified you have the law on your side. I would find out for sure and then have a long talk with Her. She really needs to see the light about this young man. It is not beneficial to undermine your authority. You need to work together to help him. Not work against each other.
I would make it very clear. She has no authority to that him off the school grounds without your permission.

If you are going to eat regular food remember eat your proteins first. Your body is fighting hard to recover from surgery. Make sure you are taking your vitamines.
A first and for most please call your Dr. Tell him you are having a hard time and make sure all is okay.
