Good for you that you are drinking water and walking.....that is great! The walking right after surgery and continuing to do so will really help with recovery.

Hi, are you settled on RNY or are you considering VSG? I of course am pro VSG and really researched all WLS and I am so happy and thankful for VSG (sleeve).
Either way, you can do this! You can lose weight preop. You will come to the decision it is worth the effort and you will come to peace with these terms and move forward.
What ever your surgery type, I wish you all the best and encouragement on your journey!!!
