I got my galbladder remove when my rny surgery was performed difnt even realize it was gone cause didnt have pain on that side I didnt have a scope done just had a ultra sound done and found out I had stone.i hope all goes well for you.

My dietian gave us some recipies that we might like in order to get our daily protien in.she said any time we use make sure it was 100% orange juice and dilute with water 50% water 50% juice.
.make sure the juice dosent have sugar added .i dont know what my taste bud will be after.i just was asking just incase.thanks good advise.waste calories you are right.

Iam looking for no sugar added orange juice.trying to come up with ideas on making smoothie.i notice that orange juices like simply orange or tropocanial orange has 22 grams of sugar.it said 100% orange juice .are juice okay to use to make a protien smoothie shake advice would be greatly appriciated. Newbie soon to have surgery 1/30/12. Thanks

Today is a happy day for me what away to start the new year off.i will be having rny .i scared , excited and overjoye right now.words can not express how I feel right now.

I to have thyriod nodules .i have a nontoxic multinudlar goiter.when I was told back on 11/18/11 by the medical asistanced that I need to have a biopsy done because they found nodule.i didnt know what this mean I was freaking out .i didnt know anything thyriod cancer I had to go to the internet which was helpful and made me panic more so I know how you feel.but long story short had biopsy and I was told that it was benign.i have to go back every 6 months to do an ultrasound.i hope all goes well for you .you are going to be find.
