    A week or so ago I posted about the pain in my hips.  When I went to my Gastro WL Dr. He gave me two boxes of the Osteo Bi-Flex and told me it's safe to take.  Is anyone else taking this over the counter drug?  If so, how long until you noticed a significant difference with the pain.  Has anyone been told NOT to take this?  I am looking forward to all feedback!

    I took a couple of bottles of it .It didn't do me any good. I had better results with the Knox Gelatin Triple Strength  with Glucosamine it has the green top.bought it at Walgreens
