I find taking my Calcium and Iron at night -- 2 or 3 hours apart -- works for me.  They work during while I'm asleep and that way during the day I don't **** them out with all tha****er.  Kinda breaks up taking them all during the morning.

I had lap band so I don't do too much vitamin.  1 Chewable multi-vitamin and a calcium chew.
     
Working on me - want to be better in everyway not just physically!!!  Its a process no time to judge or be judged!!!!

Thanks for the reminder...  I took my iron this morning but I haven't taken anything else.
