Thanks Blu-Diva, maybe Farra is the brand. I remember that there is a word after iron, something like caltrate, or citrate or something like that. One kind, iron ?? is easier to absorb than the other kind, iron ???.

Could it be Carbonyl Iron? I was looking at some of the old post on iron and this is the one that seems to keep popping up. Good luck!

I take elemental iron. Any bariatric formula will do as well as feosol carbonyl iron. NOT ferrus sulphate. These are 45mg & look similar to advil. Its easily available at walmart, target, drugstores, etc. Hope thes helps.
