Remind yourself, that it's okay to be hungry. We have gotten so used to the cycle of , "I'm hungry" and then fulfilling that need right away, it can be VERY tough to break. But a little bit of hunger is not going to kill you.
Sometimes thinking about that helps me, I can acknowledge that I am hungry, then realize it's a need I'm not going address with food, but with water, exercise, or another activity and it helps. Oh and I chew a lot of gum! For some folks it's a trigger, but for me it helps...
It is really difficult, but you can do it! I did 3months of a shake for Bfast and Lunch, and a low carb dinner and it wasn't easy at all! I did however, also schedule in one cheat day a month, so that I would have something to look forward to, and I didn't go super crazy on that day either.
You can SO do this!
