Wow - awesome week!!!  I'd be excited too!

    High - 420
    Last - 235
    This  - 233 (was 232 a couple days go)
    Goal - 180

Im back to where i started a couple weeks ago so at least whatever gain I had is gone. This month is just going to be super awful for my WL numbers, but I'm not going to focus on that for now. I'm resisting the temptation to go into "omg i need to diet" mode and I'm just being very careful about my choices and quantity.

This is going to be mostly a rest week from the gym so I really have to cut back my calories so maybe I'll see a loss next week - who knows.

    Hey Hwag,

Don't be sorry- any one of us can post the MMWI! And congrats on the big loss!!! Welcome to the 320's :)

    As for me:
    High - 390
    Last week - 192
    This week - 192
    Goal - 175

Well poop, no change, but at least I didn't gain. I know I'm not losing cuz I eat too much fruit, but darn it's just so yummy! LOL!

I'm happy with the week though, as I conquered a hill that I was always afraid to do- and tho it kicked my butt...I did it!

    Have a wonderful week everyone!

Way to go on the hill :). I still haven't attempted any serious hills yet - maybe you'll have to teach me.

    I love fruit too!

    This will be self explanatory---

    Surgery ----428
    Last week-----240
    Week before that----240
    Week before that----240
    This week---wait for it----240
    Goal----185

When does a stall = maintenance?   Suggestions?

I dont know the answer but we are pretty much at the same place - 188lbs down and I'm stuck. Some of it might be my fault but not entirely.

We just gotta keep trying - there's no way I'm close to maintenance. I just can't be.

I feel like I'm in an unplanned maintenance!!!
But that just can't be at never more than 825 cals and always less than 30 carbs.  Protein 80-----same with fluids. Don't know what to change up if anything.

You've done great---in less than 1 year---I'm at 2 years on 4/26!  I'm not comparing because I am 59 and take a med designed to slow down my metabolism due to hyper (yes hyper) thyroid. But, of course, I watch other's losses.

Now I am happy, don't get me wrong. Just frustrated!

Well really it's a year and a half. From July 2010 to now. I guess after sooo long of losing weight our bodies are just "over it" lol.

What kind of exercise are you doing if any?

I swim a mile followed by 45 mins of water aerobics---4 times a week.

On the other 3 days, I attempt to do some strength training---here at home. I work 3 long days in an office so can't get to the gym those days (plus it's dark out when I get home). Truthfully---hate the strength training.

I should probably find a way to change up the cardio. Been doing the same thing since day one (well, had to work up to that mile).

This is an exciting Monday. I'm back in Twoville! I've been away for so long, and it's great to be back. Plus the sky is blue, it's a balmy 55 degrees, and it's not raining; I'm on my way to go swimming (I'm up to a third of a mile now) with my 85-year-old mother, and did I mention I did the right thing enough times to drop below the Big Round Number.

    Bless us, every one.

    Hi team.

    high - 480
    last week - 287
    this week - 284
    goal - 210

After my long walk Saturday I was down to 281 on Sunday morning.

Damn Superbowl party where I drank and grazed (although I'm sure some of it was re-hydration)

Oh well, new week, new beginnings, lets all keep fighting the good fight.

GAR!  DAMN STALL!  DAMN YOU!  Been going between 299/300 since January 18th...upped my workouts, still measuring and counting everything.  Getting over 100 g of protein every day.  Getting my fluids.  I know the 4 month marker is a normal stall time for a lot of people.  Thank goodness I swim so nobody could see my crying through my workout though...I was pretty upset after another week at the same weight.

    Gina---
I think 300 is always a "head" thing.  Body just says...I don't think so....you've got to suffer for it!!!
It will happen ---probably in one big drop.   Hang in there!

Yep, I'm with Elaine- it's a mental thing. Relax and keep doing all the right things, it will come off.

    Hang in there,

    Goal 180

This has been a rough week for some reason. I am eating well, but I am retaining water BAD! I have a weak chamber in my heart and every once in awhile I struggle with this. Hopefully when I get the water off I'll see some good numbers on the scale!
