For some reason, I'm having trouble posting a reply to your original.
But I just wanted to add that I think this was a great, honest post with true feelings. You always are a straight shooter.

I admire what you done since surgery but have allot of admiration for your pre surgery work.
    Not an easy task.

    Again, congrats and Happy Bday!

I responded to the original.   Just sending another big CONGRATS and Happy Birthday, sleeve sister!

Happy Birthday and re-birthday!!!  I think you are dead-on about your VSG. In the end it is all about our choices.  I am am impressed that you are able to keep away from your trigger food.  It is a struggle.  I know you have been nursing an injury and have not been as active as usual.  Injury is a huge fear of mine.  I feel like if I cant work out the weight will just pile back on overnight.  I know its not true but it feels that way.  Glad you are feeling better and again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!  I really hope you had a great one!!!
