    Hey Fellow BMI 50+ folks!

    Sorry I've been MIA, but life has been crazy! Quick rundown:

    *Finished the school year (work)
    *Did the AIDS ride (545 week long bike ride)
    *Went on Vacation to Canada for my BF's wedding
    *Hurt my left arm and am now unable to really use that arm for another couple of months.
    *Oh and ate like crap and gained 10lbs..uggg!

    So today I am recommitting to getting back on track. I am going to get to goal, and I plan on doing it by Halloween. If I make my goal, then I get to go to Disneyland for Christmas! I haven't been there since I was a kid, so it's great motivation!

    I hope this post finds you all well and I look forward to keeping in better touch!

    Yay for the bike ride! Pictures are fantastic! You look great.

    And very impressive on the nailing down your goal. Disneyland at Christmas is so fun - I went the year I was 17 it was wonderful.

     Yay you are back!! Congrats on the ride and you got this 10lb thing.  Disney is gonna be a blast!   Sorry to hear about the arm, hope you rehab quickly!!   Love the pictures!!!!
