Approved! OMG...

I received approval letters from my insurance company for an initial surgeon consult and a psych eval!

I was so excited that I called the surgeon's office to schedule, but they told me that they would call me when ready to schedule. That was a week ago - I'm going to call again tomorrow.

Does anyone know if the actual surgical approval is dependent on the consult and eval?
