I weigh Fri/Sat, so I'm a bit behind - but I made it.

High Weight - 392

Last week - 243

This week - 243

Goal - 160

Its my off week.  I have one week in my cycle (ov) where no matter what I do I will not lose anything, sometimes I will even gain a pound or two.  I noticed it in the first few months after my surgery because I have an app that tracks my cycle.  I asked my doctor about it on my next visit and she confirmed that it is super common and not to worry about it.    I've tried every month to break the no loss/gain week to no avail.  Next time.

The weight loss is definitely slowing to stops and starts, but I'm still shrinking, so ok.  Everyone under the sun said something to me this week at work.  Apparently all of a sudden it is really evident that I have lost a lot of weight.  Before this week I had had a few direct comments, mostly after xmas break, but this week it was every day, several times a day.  It was all positive, encouraging and not invasive at all so it was easy to deal with.  (thank goodness!)

HW - 392 * CW - 200 * * * Lost - 192, To Goal - 40
