Just wanted to introduce myself.

Congratulations on your surgery date!  I wish you a wonderful and easy recovery.

I had an RNY about 14 months ago.  My starting BMI was close to yours at 57.  It was the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Congratulations I had a vertical sleeve on January 14, 2014.  My wish for you is to have the same quick and speedy recovery that I had.  Which made this the best decision I have ever made!

Congrats on your date!!  I was sleeved in Bathurst New Brunswick on Jan. 12/15.  I will admit that I do have fleeting moments of regret but when I sit back and look at the whole journey and my progress so far those regrets wash away.  Highest weight was 405, surgery weight was 339 and current weight is 294.1.

You will not regret this.  It's the best decision I've ever made.

My starting weight was 449 lbs and my BMI was over 70 (I'm 5'-6").  I had the gastric sleeve 15 months ago and feel so much better.  It takes some adjustment and many changes on your part, but the benefits are worth it.

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery and best of luck
