I thought I'd jump right in and post this since one hasn't been posted yet. I've been dealing with antibiotic hell making my stomach feel crappy this week but I got some probiotic advice from Kat W. and that saved the day luckily. And when I weighed myself this morning I was SO happy to see I did not put on the weight I lost last week. I know I lost the weight by not eating while sick but I didn't want to deal with the mind F that is any weight gain right now.

High Weight: 377

This week: 318

Next goal: 299 so, so, so close...

I'm having a bad day and trying not to eat everything in sight. My car is at the shop and I am praying it is not too expensive to fix.

I have been getting in over 12000 steps a day (I love my fitbit). It clears my mind and makes me feel better.

Well I'm finally seeing some stepping action which means I'll be going into my holding pattern soon. I'm trying to keep up with my bike to work routine, but tonight I'm taking a break, hopefully it won't be so rainy tomorrow. My stats so far:

I've been in a bit of a rut this week.  I keep starting projects left and right, and I am getting things done, but I can't seem to get myself to the gym.  That is triggering a lot of stress/angst about gaining weight and missing out of my "window," even though I'm not doing anything that would make that happen.  Ugh.  I just want to relax about the whole thing, but I'm finding that stressful too.  Ack.

This coming Tuesday I have an appt with my surgeon, and next Saturday is my one year since surgery.  In this last week before my surgeriversary I'm going to do my best to not stress: just stick to plan, get in some classes and gym time, and just do it.
