I'm super stressed out over work and money right now so that gives me hope that somehow I'm sticking to the rules and haven't eaten anything bad or over eaten at all that maybe I can eat like this long term.

Awesome job, everyone!! I will admit the losing phase was exciting to me. Maintenance is boring...lol.

I had to put my dog to sleep yesterday so this has been a stressful week for me. She was 16 and my baby. She was having severe heart problems and her quality of life was not good. The vet agreed that it was her time to go. I am having a hard time dealing with the loss, but am thankful I am not turning to food for comfort.

So sorry to hear about your pup.  It is a very hard thing to deal with.  Congrats on finding other ways to cope and keeping up your maintenance.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had to put down my cat years ago due to a rare cancer that he had & I suspect took his sister out years later. It was hard. Pets should live longer. I mean its not like they gotta go out & get a job or raise kids, like forever! LOL, but it's just not how they're wired. Eat,sleep **** & play. We should all be so lucky!, not to mention all the love they give without judgement.

I never had a dog, but have been tempted to get not 1, but 2, so they'd keep each other company while I was out working, but then I'd look at my cats & I'd swear they're telling me don't bring a dog into this house!, we'll never forgive you! LOL

Oh I'm so, so sorry :( Pets are family IMO. I have 4 and my oldest is 14 and I'm dreading the day that is inevitable.
