I made it!!! Today the scale was under 400!!! I am officially in the 300's now! I'm so excited. I know, I know you aren't supposed to get caught up in the numbers on the scale, but I'm owning this victory today!

Congratulations!

I understand not wanting to get caught up in the numbers, but there are some personal milestones we each have that are cause to cheer. Keep up the good work!

I am 2 1/2 weeks out and I had the sleeve! I started my WLS journey at 430, I lost 10 pounds during my 2 week Pre-Op diet. I have lost 24 since surgery! Of course, while I was in ICU for 5 days I was also NPO for 4 days of it, so that helped jump start my weight loss, but like I said I'm owning it!!!!

It's great to acknowledge milestones & celebrate your success! I was so happy to finally see a 2 in front of my weight, & now I'm getting closer to see the one!
