I've spent a lot of time reading posts on this forum, but I have yet to become an active member and join in the conversation. So, I've decided to step out of the shadows and share this milestone with you!!

I had my VSG in June of this year. I was 393lbs at my highest weight, 353lbs the day of surgery. I set a 6 month goal to be at 250lbs...I reached that goal 2 weeks early!!!
