It's been a good week for weight loss here, the scale actually hi*****esterday which is my lowest weight ever as an adult. Very exciting! And today I start a higher dosage of Vyvanse - 40mg up from 30mg. I feel like I'm on track to reach my plastic surgery goal in time for graduation!

Nice Gwen! I had a good week this week too after my last not so good week of not good eating habits. I got on the scale this morning and found that I lost 4 pounds this week, I don't get how that can happen 17 months out but I will so take it! 20 pounds to my new goal weight :)

I just got back Sunday from a trip to Disney World with my boyfriend and my girls celebrating my 50th birthday. We had the best time ever!! 
My eats were not the best, but I am still maintaining.

I actually got fewer steps those days than I normally do. At 8 years out, I know how much I can push the limits with my eating.

It's been awhile since I posted on here.... Been on a tailspin this month after surgery then a fall.... Bonus ER visit and lots of junk since.... Lost 11 lbs in the week after the ER visit--- too much, bottomed out st 161, too low... Now I've been hanging around 165, I'm OK with that...
