8 year surgiversary
A few days ago was my 8 year surgiversary. It is still surreal that I used to be 200 pounds heavier. I think it is so much harder for us heavyweights to keep the weight off but I plan to keep fighting like hell to do so. I hope all of you do the same. Life is so much better now

I wish there were a wy to be WLS g buddies. With my back as bad as it is, I can barely walk and it's making me crazy.
