Hello everyone! I feel like I finally got everything working together this week and the scale rewarded me by passing my 100 lb lost goal. I completely hear you on how it feels, proud to get there but lots more work to do so lets keep it going! My next goal is 236 (150 lbs lost) so there's quite a big gap and truthfully I only added the 236 in there because my next sentimental goal is to reach 220, my lowest adult weight to date. I've been thinking about it and at this point I don't have another goal to add but I did realize that 236 will put me at about the same weight as my sister which is crazy for me to think about. I'm curious to see how we'll look at similar weights as we carry our weight completely differently. She has narrow hips and is quite chesty while I didn't receive anywhere near as much breast tissue but lots of hip, butt and legs. It will be interesting. 

This week I was sooo much better with the exercise. I exceeded my daily step goals and increased it by 500 for this week. I did Zumba 4 times as planned and also got into some light weights and cycling. The exercise was a great boost to my mood and now I'm looking forward to it rather than dreading it which makes me feel better about myself too.

i hear you about being curious about body shape. I'm kinda the opposite, my sisters and I all seem to have pretty much the same shape ish, just different sizes. It gave me a decent idea of what I'll look like along the way!

193 is my current 'happy place' and I'm trying to work my way down from each new 'happy place' I adopt. Would love for my next happy place to be 189... coincidentally my next goal ?

Ive been doing well wil my New Years resolves. Drinking  8oz to start my day is my new norm. I've limited my after work snacking to those 3 pre-selected choices and I'm working on building the running to 5 miles.
