My father is 47 , and morbidly obese 5"4 and 330 lbs bmi around 56.7

My father was 47 years old , weight around 330 lbs with height 5.4 feet , bmi OVER 54 . Any suggestions ? I want him to live till i have child or atleast married. He have some weird "diabetes" too much insulin , and his feet are swollen up with blackish color , think he dont have heart disease , he is ex smoker around 30 years ago.

You can only encourage him, it sounds like he has several medical concerns that are concerning, and while they could be helped by weight loss, they need to be addressed now. If his current physicians aren't helping him, maybe seek second opinions on care.

Already on diabetes doctor and it seems getting better overtime, first he got plague now its gone.

No one can cause someone else to change. The only person who can cause change is himself. Encouragement and love are all you can provide.

It is a hard place to be in, I know. Take care of yourself and encourage him, and the rest will follow.

Thanks , why i consider my dad isnt so obese , ykno medically my dad is super obese , but his body (from my POV) isnt so big like other 330 lbs man although his height only 5'4 ?

The problem is that obesity is worse when shorter. So it's actually really bad to be 330 pounds at 5'4", more so for a man than a woman, because the bones and joints are designed to take a much lighter load than someone 6'. Someone 6' would have fewer issues than your father, but because he is shorter, more pressure is on all his organs and joints.
