Morning weekly weighers!
ugh well, I'm heading into the fourth week of essentially weighing the same thing...my weekly averages for the past three weeks is 172 point something....
my clothes are fitting looser, but the scale isn't moving. Going to try and tighten things up a bit more, watch my sodium and calories and see what happens this week. Then, maybe panic. Hahaha I have eaten off plan a couple times: 200ml of beer Saturday for example.
LW: 170.5 (that was one day, daily fluctuations were all over the place)
goals: 145, healthy BMI,but first, I'll take anything in the 160s!

Well time to face the music. We went out of town this past weekend. Did lots of walking and bike riding, but also ate off plan. I am ok with it. I had a fabulous time. So very relaxing and much needed.
Hopefully the two lb gain will drop in a couple of days.
