This is a challenging week for many of us due to holiday food, so remember to be kind to yourself and know that "failing" your way of eating one (or two or three) days does not make YOU a failure. It just means you're human. Get back on track and keep fighting the good fight :)
My weighing has been inconsistent due to surgery recovery, so I'm just using my two most recent weights instead of "this week" and "last week."
Next goal: 145 - BMI normal!

New to this posting thread - Started with a BMI of 53 and it is now 27! Not too much farther to go now!
The holidays are tough. I find I am 'admiring' sweets more than I ever have. Just looking and smelling...no tasting and I'm hoping to keep it that way. I'm more worried about the savory foods and snacks. Give me strength!!!!
My weight loss has slowed quite a bit. Even though I weigh daily, I thought I should join this weekly group to track trends better

I stepped on the scale this morning and was thrilled - this is the lowest adult weight I have ever seen. I finally broke 242, which was my lowest adult weight reached back in 2001, and I hit last week. All week, I have been hovering between 242 and 242.5, so what a pleasant surprise when the scale read 241 this morning!
Next goal: Get into the 230s! Hopefully by next weigh in, and maybe even lost 70 lbs by then (238 - omg, I just erased that cause I thought I typed it too low, and redid "the math" in my brain, and realized I typed it correctly... me, 238? wow!!).
Ok... I'm feeling really happy with myself right now LOL.

I'm not so good at posting here weekly, but I remembered today so here I am. My weight-loss has slowed to a snail's pace but at least it's still heading in the right direction.

Next goal - To be below 160! So close to goal now. I'm not sure where I'm stopping but probably between 130 and 140.
