Morning weekly weighers!
Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I was feeling sick. Still not feeling 100%, not sure what's happening. So I'm sticking with liquids for the most part. I'll try some solids again at dinner.
how was everyone's week? I'm back to my pre Christmas weight, and now at a new low-weight for me.
The comments from people telling me not to lose any more weight are pretty constant now... I know it's mostly because the way I look is so drastically different from their mental image of me. It takes a while for that to change. Im sure that a stranger on the street would not say that a 160 pound woman looks under weight.
TW:161.0 ( ive been here a couple of days. It's such a strangely precise weight hahah)

ive been eating my feelings lately. I'm nervous about a test I'm having tomorrow. Doing a ultrasound of my liver since I have been having elevated liver enzymes. It can be a lot of things going on but you think the worse possible outcome.

I goofed last week - I totally blame myself. I skipped taking Vyvanse twice and that was a VERY BAD IDEA.

IF, I hope you feel better quickly. Congratulations on the low weight. It's interesting how people can really have opinions about the "right" weight for us. Sounds like you aren't taking that on. Good for you.

Ive been doing ok... I'm in the honeymoon phase so I think "losing anyway" but my chois aren't always great these past couple of weeks. I'm working through why... old patterns. Overall, I'm doing quite well and am happy with my results. I see how old patterns can creep in quickly.
Goal: well, I wanted to get to 225 and a size 16 jean by Feb 15... I think I'm going to achieve that!! Already in a size 16 jean. So now I'd like to be 218, for 90 lbs lost by Feb 15!! In time for my Orlando trip!!

There must be some bug going around, because yesterday every time I tried to eat, I felt sick...nothing worked right with my stomach, and so I reverted to protein shakes, which set okay. Today, I have already had some chicken, so I'm hoping I can eat the rest of the day without getting sick.
I'm wondering if my weekend is what made me feel ill. My brother is the booster club president for the high school wrestling team and I had to help with the kitchen this weekend. I was constantly on my feet Friday and Saturday, even though I was in charge of the cash box. We had issues and I was up and down all day. Went home EXHAUSTED. Also, on Friday night into Saturday, my hubby and I made about 18 quarts of baked beans and fried up 20 lbs of hamburger for bbqs and taco meat. (If I NEVER smell these again, it will be too soon!)
TW: 87 lbs
Goal: I would be happy anywhere under 200 lbs, but the surgeon's office says I should try for 140 lbs. We will see what happens.
