Good morning! Thankfully, at least for me, vacation weight is never "real" weight - it tends to all be sodium and fluid retention. So it should come off quickly :)
My week was full of ups and downs, but I think it ended up in a good mental space and with appointments on the calendar that should get me to a more stable place. Just having those appointments made and a game plan makes me feel better, in fact.
Current Goal: 145 - BMI Normal!

Welcome back from Vegas IF.
I'm just back from Orlando last night. I had a great vacation and thought I ate quite well. I walked a lot! But the scale showed a 2 lb gain. I was glad to read what you said Gwen, that you find it's sodium and water retention more than actual weight. I'll see what happens next week! I don't usually eat out... and eating out every meal was a huge change for me.
Goal: Still to hit 90 lbs lost by 6 months, which isn't looking as likely as it once was. Lol
Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. Choose happy.
