Been away for a while, kinda depressed. so much is going on in my life right now and I am feeling overwhelmed.
I have managed to keep trucking through I am training for a 5K run in September.

215, not 2015.....lol that would have been a really bad week. lol
2015 still Good freaking lord. I'm eating well and moving. I know I will bust this plateau wide open...eventually. Trying hard to keep my head in the game. I am switching jobs at work. New things scare me, but I have to grow professionally as my as it scares me!
One of those weeks TOM is on her way in a few day. was down to 215 this week. Cannot complain I wasn't really moving this week. I'm on the hunt for 210 in the next 3-4 week. I gotta get moving, and I noticed I have replaced some water with coffee. SO I am limiting myself to two coffees per day, which I will soon cut down to one. I did boot camp at the gym nearby my house today. I surprised myself. I was moving at brisk pace on push ups, and all the abdominal work. I did great tat the squats, but I have realized my lunges need work. I've never really bothered with them. But the trainer does, so I am practicing those and bicyle twists all week. The bicylce twists really had me at my limit of my coordination abilities. Thank God I wasn't chewing gum or it would have all fallen apart. LOL. I was disappointed there weren't planks. I had just gotten good at those!

Deisel from Popeyes. I HATE protein powder in general, but I like this one it is a New Zealand whey isolate. lots of flavours. I want to try the salted caramel, but I can seem to find it in stores in Canada.
Thanks Laura, good to know i'm not alone. Sugar is gone again as of tomorrow. I'll be tweaking by lunch lol. It will come off somewhat quickly oce I get all of the water bloating out of me.
I am so embarrassed to post this, but post it I shall. I was 218 this morning. 218...W.T.F. Ok I had some Easter chocolate, and kicked myself completely out of ketosis. I'm starting a new exercise group with a local gym this week. SO I guess I had better just knuckle down get back to it. I was slightly bad for 5 days and look where it got me. I wasn't pigging out I wasn't crazy high on calories I had my protein, but it proves once again how insidious sugar is for me, no matter how little I consume. I can consume zero. That's my limit.
My measurements are still the same. Bust 42.25, Waist 35.5 and hips 45.5.

Stupid annoying stall rrrrr! I need to shake things up a bit. I missed my weight goal for yesterday by a lot (7 pounds), but from a measurements perspective, I did great.

Next goal is Onederland by Mother's day. I KNOW I am going to make it.

FML longest stall ever! LOL
(ok I know I am being melodramatic, LOL)
I participated in a spaghetti lunch at the ringette tournament. It kicked me out of ketosis and I packed on 4 pounds lol. so I am sitting at 216 this week. But that's ok. I had a small amount of pasta and sauce. I was satisfied and didn't feel like I needed more. I didn't feel full afterwards, so it really is true that for me, eating carbs just doesn't satisfy me. I have made the right decision to eliminate them minus the occasional treat from my diet.
Those 4 will be gone within the week since I went right back to my low carb ways.
Played two out of three round robin games. the injury made it difficult, but I managed to earn MVP for both games.

The MArch 27th goal is unlikely, but I still think I can make wonderland by mother's day. I'm givin' 'er all she's got, Captain!

4th week at 212. just my usual lose some stay the stay the same, stay the same. blah blah blah lol. Someone ran off with my measuring tape, so I can't even do that. Let's call it even for this week.
Cast is officially off in 1 week (but between you and me, it's coming off Friday at 9, I have a ringette tournament this weekend). Turns out I'm not replaceable, so I will play.
