Hi Susan -- I took a Wilton cake decorating class at my local party supply store. I don't know if there are Michaels craft stores in your area but they have cake decorating classes. Try your local phone book under "cake decorating/supplies" - some stores offer classes. I've been doing it for about 5 years and I love it. Desi

Hi Susan, I used to decorate cakes for a living. If your good enough you can make a pretty good living at it. I'm sorry I didn't notice where your from, but we have cake supply stores here they usually have classes. look in the phone book under cake decorating supplies. Sometimes the community colleges also offers courses. Even if you just do it for family and friends its still fun. God Bless, Annette

JoAnn's, Michael's Hobby Lobby, Farm King are just a few places that teach classes. Community colleges often offer classes as well as small cake supply/bakery shops.
