Ok, I need to go to shoppers anonymous BAD! I have been shopping like no tomorrow ( and like I have the money to do it? ) NOT!!!!!! But boy has it been fun!

B-2 protein coffee's 30 minutes apart 60g total
L-Hamburger with cheese and onions 20g at least
S-a few bites of my mothers egg omelet with cheese, onions and mushrooms 5g
S-S/F Popsicle
D-Going to our semi-monthly couples get together. Tonight the food is Mediterranean theme. there will be desert too and I will probably have a bite or two of everything.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Had another great day. After spending the morning walking and shopping at the marina, the afternoon was spent getting supplies for the trip home and looking all over Orange County for my protein powder.

B: double protein shake, bacon
L: Swiss cheese
S: power crunch protein bar
S: double protein shake
D: brother-in-law is grilling hot dogs and burgers....I'll sample everything then we're going to the be beach for s'mores
S: will do cafe mocha if needed

Vites and fluids on schedule.
Exercites: walked 2 miles at the marina then wandered through all the shops. My SIL was more tired than I was. Walked and climbed stairs without any problems.

Leaving early in the morning for home.
