Hi!  I am trying this again!  I would like some imput on my 1 year labs, please!  My DS doc says I am on the border of being high on Vit. D and wants me to cut back from 50,000 mg/day to 50,000 mg/week.  ???  Also, what about iron?  I a not taking any except what is in my 2 multi-vits daily.  I am post menopausal.  I am concerned with my RBC and my WBC counts.  Why are they are low?  Should I be concerned or is this not a big issue?

Thanks!
Gracie

If it were me, I wouldn't change a thing with my D dosage, just retest in a couple of months.  Your iron values are alot like my last ones.  I see a hemo and get iron infusions  (iron dextran).  You could start some proferrin.  Vitalady sells it.

looking at your results, your glycohgb is of most concern, with those results your BS has been high for some time, at least 3 consecutive months,  either you need to consume less carbs, more oral diabetic (or insulin)medication or all of the above.  your vit d is of no concern, your WBC is of no concern.   your RBC/HCT/HBG are on the low side, but you are in menapause, so you will not have as much blood loss, sugget taking iron supplementation as you want to address that before it becomes an issue, look at your 6 or 9 month resuts to see if  they are trending downward....

I wouldn't worry about your B12 and you could pu**** a little higher if you want to. Is there nothing on vitamin A either this time or previous. I would be a little worried about that not knowing where I was. Are you supplementing any of the B vites? It would also be nice to know where you stand on those.

Great protein levels. Also very nice D3, calcium and PTH. Don't change anything.  Your potassium looks like it wants to go low. You might want to talk to your PCP if you're seeing a trend where potassium is slipping.
