Second day of conference at hotel. . .
B - 2 sausage links, slice bacon with cheese eggs and 2 small potato pancakes.

L - Off the buffet. Little bit of salad with lots of hard boiled eggs, cheese, some beans, spoon of cajun seafod salad (mostly shrimp), couple slices of turkey, ham, swiss & cheddar and about 1/2 small piece chicken. Then 1/4 of bottom layer of slice of chocolate cake and 4 small bites of cheesecake.

S - dried vegetable chips from whole foods. @1/2 cup.

D - spinach and cheese topped with @ cup of curried shrimp salad from whole foods market

All vites done but bedtime (pending) and @ 70 oz water so far.

I All,  This is my first food post.  I read everyday for ideas and thought it was time I start tracking myself.  I am 3months out and I'm happy with the rate of weight lost at this point.   I've not yet set a carb limit, but I'm thinking it's time.  I am going to try and keep it around 50 for about a week and see what that does for me.  Please be kind as I am still learning the new me.  Thanks  April

Welcome! Awesome protein and carb counts. You might want to think abut trading out the grains and starches for fresh veggies like pealed cucumber chips, tomatoes and salad. This is a great time of year for fresh veggies.

 I do that too, the veggies and Salad.. but I've noticed that, I can't do too much or I can't do two days in a row or else they go right through me and I spend all night/day in the bathroom :(..
