B - 2 sausage links, slice bacon with cheese eggs and 2 small potato pancakes.
L - Off the buffet. Little bit of salad with lots of hard boiled eggs, cheese, some beans, spoon of cajun seafod salad (mostly shrimp), couple slices of turkey, ham, swiss & cheddar and about 1/2 small piece chicken. Then 1/4 of bottom layer of slice of chocolate cake and 4 small bites of cheesecake.
S - dried vegetable chips from whole foods. @1/2 cup.
D - spinach and cheese topped with @ cup of curried shrimp salad from whole foods market
All vites done but bedtime (pending) and @ 70 oz water so far.

I All, This is my first food post. I read everyday for ideas and thought it was time I start tracking myself. I am 3months out and I'm happy with the rate of weight lost at this point. I've not yet set a carb limit, but I'm thinking it's time. I am going to try and keep it around 50 for about a week and see what that does for me. Please be kind as I am still learning the new me.
