Good morning, all.

Has anyone used sf jello mix (not pudding mix) in your protein shakes?

Yes, I used to do that all the time with the vanilla shakes or the ones that tasted like azz.  It helped!  :)

Great!! Any tips or recommendations you'd like to share? I want to change up my shake, but avoid the sugar from frozen fruits (I think that, plus the little bit of fruit juice I added to my water stalled my weight loss). And I am not yet ready to invest in the davinci syrups I've heard about or containers of nectar.

Do you have a World Market store near you??  They sell Davinci and Torani syrups in their store, like $7 for a big bottle (1 liter).  Or you can buy SF syrups from starbucks for $7 or $8 as well, that way you don't have to spend money on shipping and stuff.  I think that much for a big ol bottle is not too shabby at all.

Sugar free kool-aide and crystal lite are a good additions to vanilla shakes.  Orange kool-aide or crystal lite makes a fun shake that tastes like a dreamcicle.
