Hi everyone,
Up early to mall walk.

B1: double protein shake
B2: fried egg, bacon
S: Swiss cheese
L: turkey and cheese on 1/2 pita with avocado and tomato
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: ate 3 shrimp.....yuck. Will eat last piece of Brok's pizza later if I'm hungry
S: ?????

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: 1.5 mi mall walk; laundry; on my way to the pool now

I think so. Last week that's all I wanted and this week it tastes awful. This is weird to me....

Hi Guys!! Happy Saturday!!

B:  2/3 cup Scrambled Eggs w/bacon, onions, potatoes & muenster cheese    
     1 Mission Carb Balance Tortilla
L:  3/4 piece Kashi Pizza w/ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella on top
D: 1 Gorton's Crunch Haddock filet w/ 2 tblspoons of Uncle Ben's Spanish rice (didn't like the rice)
S:  Pure Protein Chocolate Chip bar w/Decaf Coffee and cream

Vitamins:
Morning - Done
Noon - Done
Evening - Done
Bedtime - Pending

Exercise:
I'm off today.  I think I'm going to start the "Couch to 5K" program tomorrow.  I'm wondering if I'm too big to do it yet.

Protein: 125
Carbs: 87 (104-17 fiber = 87 net)

 You didn't like the spanish rice because it is not REAL spanish rice :) .. You need me to come over and make you some real spanish rice.. mmmmm :)

Sweetie, that's exactly what I *don't* need.  You have no idea how much I love true Hispanic food.  On Long Island, I think our hispanic population is over 15%.  We have authentic Bodega's that make absolute to die for food.  Growing up, my best friend was a mix of Puerto Rican and Mexican and her mom made the most amazing Arroz con Pollo I've ever had. 

So when's are you coming home from Canada to make me real food??

Carbs: 60ish.  Vites check. Fluids check.  Exercise:  2 hours flyball training.  Walking dogs.
