watching a hoarders marathon on tv.  oh boy.  this show is something else.  why do these people agree to be on a tv show?  i would be so embarrassed.

sunflower seeds
2 scrambled eggs
1 sausage patty
2 corn tortillas toasted w/butter (too many carbs at one time - now i'm gassy.  duh  )

Hi Gina and everyone,

Down 2!!!! Yay me!

Gina, I about decided I had a stomach virus yesterday. Woke up fine today.

High today was 110. It was too oppressive to even spend much time in the pool.

B1: double protein shake (46)
B2: fried egg (7), bacon (10)
S: Swiss cheese (10)
L: ate 1/2 of my turkey and cheese sandwich (7), 1/4 pita, tomato, avocado
S: double protein shake (46)
S: carbsmart fudge bar
D: 2 meatballs (4?), small amount dream field spaghetti, tablespoon of spaghetti sauce
S: maybe shake cake or cafe mocha

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: 1.5 mi mall walk, cleaned house, swam

Gail, we really are neck N neck! I lost 2 lbs this morning too! Finally! Lol! Congratulations! Whoo Hoo!

So, today was an eating day.  Do you notice that you poop less on low carb days?  Anyway:

B - protein shake
S - 2 string cheese
S - sunflower seeds
L - hotdog with 1/2 bun, a few sunchips and ice cream
      (was at the Y for thier splash deck party and had lunch there)
S - 1 1/2 taco supremes
D - chicken, zuchinni and a bit of potato salad
S - plan to have a protein shake tonight

Vites on schedule
Exercites - chasing after 5 kids all day :-)

 Hey Guys.. been busy.. totally forgot I didn't stop by yesterday!..

L - crustless quiche - Pepperoni and cream cheese

      crustless quiche - P and CC
      Butter Lover's Popcorn

D - Pork tenderloin
      1/4 cup of mashed potatoes with butter and roast drippings mmmmm :)

Protein:    112g
Net Carbs: 34g (41g - 7g fiber)
Fiber: 7g

Fuids: All in

Exercites: Cleaned the house for one hour! :) Counts to me hehe
