Is there such a thing as liquid multi and calcium?
Wouldnt that absorb easier?

Liquid calcium citrate is widely available. It gets kind of pricey because of how much we have to take.

Liquid multivitamins are also available, but the problem is that it's almost impossible to find one that has anything remotely resembling the content per dose of a decent multi in a pill/tablet.

VitaLady's plan works.  I don't really see the point in trying to re-invent the wheel when we know that for 98% (I'm guessing) of us that VitaLady's program works.

What vitamin plan are you on?  If it isn't working you should seriously consider the above plan.

PS Dr Smith was my surgeon also.
