Hi Gina and everyone,
WOW, Gina....love your bites! Your NC pulled pork was a hit but most everyone added regular BBQ sauce to theirs. I thought it was a little too spicy for me, but no one else thought so.

DD and grandkids and dog (we have cats) moved in today. Their AC finally died. It was only 104 today.

B: bacon (9), double protein shake (46)
L: turkey and Swiss on 1/2 pita with tomato (15)
S: Swiss cheese (15)
S: double protein shake (46)
S: carbsmart fudge bar
D: caesar salad, pulled pork (14)
S: plan shake cake

lol I'm glad they liked the BBQ. I kind of figured you guys might be too far from NC to fore go the tomato based BBQ sauce for long but that's ok. Mine comes out a little different every time so keep playing with it.

Hey everyone!  I have been MIA for so long and trying to hold myself accountable more since I've been stuck in the weightloss department the last few weeks.  I start my low-carb detox today so hopefully that will get the scale moving again.

I got a promotion at work to a senior management position so I will be traveling 4 days a week now and I'm nervous about how to fit in the eating when I don't have a fridge at the office like I do now to keep all my protein fixes in.  Any ideas are welcome! :)

B  - 6 slices bacon, 1 atkins protein bar
S - 2 oz turkey slices
L - Double meat palomilla steak sandwich (minus the bun), mayo, american cheese and mushrooms and a few onion rings
S - 3oz crackerbarrel cheddar cheese
S - Atkins oatmeal bar
D - 5 oz ribeye steak (OMG!!)
S - Powercrunch protein bar

Fluids - 80 oz so far
Vites - All in but bedtime and 1 calcium batch

THanks Gail!  Work is going great but the weight loss is going slow.  I know revisions lose slower but I can't get out of my mind how fast I lost the first time...one day at a time I guess.

How was your trip to CA?  Did you and Shireen meet up? What did Dr.K say about your food issues?  You can PM me if you don't want to answer here...just wanted to see how you made out!

I'm gonna make it even harder Gina ---- I STILL can't do protein shakes!  The whey still gives me dhr.  I was hoping after 6 months my system would have accepted it but doesn't look like it will.  I still try once a month to see if it tolerates the whey but no such luck.

I did try the soy protein but it's a tad too salty tasting for my liking. 

I've gotta figure something out....what about those liquid protein shots...do those work?

 Hii Guys!.. 

Technically it's already Monday! :)

These are my sunday Bites:

B - 2 crustless pepperoni and cream cheese quiches
      1 small whole wheat tortilla

S - Protein Coffee

L - 1/4 toast whole grain toast with slice of cheese

S - 2 chocolate chip cookies with a cup of milk (these actually made me sick and I ended up vomiting them :( ..  #Sigh.. 

D - Pork Tenderloin wrap with Salsa on a small whole wheat tortilla

Calories: 1,593
Protein: 115g
Net Carbs: 71g ( 79 - 8g fiber)  these include the cookies that I didn't really digest :(

Fluids - all in
Vites: all in

Exercites: none today -- planning on some tomorrow.
