S: Starbuck Sugar Free Vanilla Latte made with Breve (4g)
L: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (15g)
     Genoa Salami and Cheese Roll Up (5g)
    1 meatball (2g) 
S: Beef Jerky (7g)
D: Beef (4 oz rib eye) Fajitas with Vegetables) , No tortilla (33g)

Exercise:  1 hour hike (with my son) with one huge straight up part , plus,

B:  Jumbo Jack breakfast platter w/o pancakes & with 1/2 cup added shredded cheddar (Forgot protein shake at home.), Earl Gray tea.  (40 protein)
L:  TJ Tandoori butter chicken, about 10% of  the rice that came with it, Earl Gray tea w/half & half, handful of triple ginger snaps.  (27 protein)
S:  Lean Dessert Banana Cream shake (46 g.)
D: probably will be 2 bunless chili cheese dogs (26)
Bedtime:  another protein shake (30g.)

VITES:  morning & noon batches done, evening, night, and proferrin pending.
FLUIDS:  plenty
EXERCITES:  full contact shopping later tonight.

I'm here, too.......just a little later than normal. It's my crazy new temporary work hours.
Gina, I've visited the other site and will post there too, but not overly impressed with it yet.
Getting my annual labs done Friday morning, I hate fasting, (chuckle)

Yes, I know I need to get walking. This "temporary" job thing is a pain. Leave early and I'm not getting home til 6-7pm. With the holidays, no dancing for awhile. I have some extra time off in the next week and planning to get my walks back in. At my "real" job there's tons more walking...about 3-4 mikes daily (checked on my walktastic to verify.)

 Yea, the rib roast wasn't too bad! A little bland but I'll get the hang of it ... Hmmm maybe some BBQ sauce next time, or is that like a sacrilegious thing to do to rib roast?
 
I think BBQ sauce and ribs go together like bacon and eggs. lol
